Lincoln's signature ability causes Industrial Zones to generate three Loyalty for their city, while Plantations incur two points of negative Loyalty. However, Lincoln's militaristic play style is better suited to more autocratic government forms, so you may not get as much use out of Founding Fathers as you would under Teddy. The civilization ability of the American people turns all Diplomatic policy slots into Wildcards, and generates one Diplomatic Favor per turn for each Wildcard slot in Lincoln's government. As leader of America, Abe has access to the same civilization ability as Teddy Roosevelt, but his leader ability changes the American play style considerably.
